Actions for Animals

Wildlife and our last remaining wild places are being destroyed because of human action or inaction and because of our own short –term greed.

Relax to the sounds of nature

You know what it’s like when you’re doing a general drift on You Tube?  I sometimes do this because it can lead to some amazing videos and I find it’s a great way to discover what charities are doing/have been doing for conservation and for animals.

Well, I’ve just found this beautiful video from the National Trust – and I’ve been listening to it – and before I knew it, I had dozed off.

The sound of the birdsong was so beautiful and soothing, and the cherry blossom opening up so pretty, I just nodded off.

Anyway, if you’re looking to de-stress for a bit or just really chill out, give this one a try and see if it does the same to you!

If you prefer the sound of waves on the beach, take a look at the video from Formby Beach.

There are more National Trust videos to watch on You Tube here.  By the way, they’ve also got some recipes you can try out at home!

Nap time, first though zzzzzz ...

You can visit the National Trust's website here
